Steps to Success
Roots
The initial phase of care will build the chiropractic foundation by addressing the initial issue and selecting the favoured combination of chiropractic techniques. This step expands with an examination of the full patient history to determine all long standing contributing factors that may delay progress.
Growth
The environmental and behavioural challenges facing the patient are addressed through stretches, exercise and information personally suited to the patient’s circumstance. As the patient’s body adapts and body literacy builds, the frequency of visits are reduced accordingly.
Glory
The patient has been pain free and is enjoying a calm and adaptive nerve system. Body literacy is high, environmental and behavior changes have successfully been implemented and the patient is enjoying performance care. Trying new activities or sports within the community is encouraged and chiropractic care is reduced to a check-in frequency.
Dr. Maybank
I am passionate in sharing the joy of excellent health with evidence informed, patient centered chiropractic care . I feel so fortunate to live in Victoria and my goal is to keep my community as active, adjusted and adaptable through their whole lives. The extensive training I received in New Zealand gave me a wide variety of techniques to help my patients reach their highest potential expression of health.
In my time off, you can find me hiking around the beautiful trails of Victoria, exploring new sports and fitness classes or centering myself at a local yoga class.
